What is the turnaround time for an order?

 

The typical turnaround time for any order is 2 weeks from the art approval. Promotional products production time may vary depending upon the vendor. Rush orders are available. Speak with a sales rep today to discuss all of your options.

What type of art files do you use?

We can use a variety of formats including vector and raster images. Vector artwork from programs like Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps) or CorelDraw (.cdr) are the ideal file type. Let us know what you are currently using to create your artwork (See Contact Form).

Am I required to prepay for an order?

Typically some amount of deposit is required. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash or Check. University or company purchase orders are also accepted upon verification.

What are order minimums?

There is NO MINIMUM for direct print orders. The minimum for screenprinting is 12 pieces with a single color/single location imprint. Promotional products can vary greatly. Please contact a sales rep for specific quantity minimums by product type.

If I have an idea, but not a finished concept for my artwork, can you help with that?

We have an experienced and talented art staff on hand to help with any project. Assistance with artwork is just one aspect of our customer service. Depending on the individual parameters of the project, however, there may be some charges for art time. This can be determined upon consultation with one of our sales reps.
