What is the turnaround time for an order?

Usually 2 weeks from approval of art. Promotional products turnaround can vary depending upon the vendor. Rush orders are available, but that can only be determined at time of order placement.

What type of art files do you use?

We can use a variety of formats. Illustrator, photoshop, Coreldraw are our main file extensions. We prefer vector art if possible. Let us know what you are currently using to create your artwork (see contact form).

Am I required to prepay for an order?

Usually some amount of deposit is required. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. University or company purchase orders are also accepted upon verification.

What are order minimums?

The minimum order for screenprinting is 12 items with a single color/single location imprint, without incurring additional fees. Promotional products can vary greatly. Please contact us for specific quantity minimums by product type.

If I have an idea, but not a finished concept for my artwork, can you help with that?

We have an experienced and talented staff on hand to help with any project. Assistance with artwork is just one aspect of our customer service. Depending on the individual parameters of the project, however, there may be some charges for art time. This can be determined upon consultation with one of our sales staff.
